For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Pakistan Digital Authority is seeking office space provision in Islamabad to support organisational growth.
The procurement is managed through ePADS as an open competitive, least-cost-based selection process. The tight bidding window (approximately 16 days from issue to closing) and online-only submission requirement via ePADS v2.0 suggest a formally structured, compliant federal procurement. This appears to be a one-off facility requirement rather than a recurring or framework arrangement. Bidders must ensure ePADS registration and robust bid security documentation well in advance of the deadline.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 at the time of submission. The notice does not specify sector-specific licensing; however, for non-consultancy services of this type, bidders typically require valid NTN and relevant provincial or local business registration. Any entity providing office/commercial space facilities should verify compliance with applicable business registration and tax authority requirements.
