For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSGC seeks a rental premises office space in Bind Qasim Zone for FY 2026-27 under a single-stage, least-cost selection.
This is a one-off operational lease procurement for a defined 12-month period. Scale appears small to medium (single office location). Notably, bidders must be EPADS v2.0 registered; unregistered vendors can register but face a tight deadline (September 24, 2026). The contract is straightforward—pure property rental with no construction or fit-out scope implied.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid EPADS v2.0 registration. No specific PEC category or NTN/SECP registration explicitly mandated in the notice, though typically non-consultancy service providers require NTN and provincial/federal registration. SSGC procurement rules apply under PPR 2004.
