Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) invites electronic bids for the procurement of a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and an associated Support Service Level Agreement (SLA). This tender, identified by Procurement No. 127/PSDF/HRMS, is open to well-reputed firms and companies with expertise in software development and HR digital solutions. The procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) following a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must possess valid registrations with Income Tax (NTN) and Sales Tax (STRN) authorities and demonstrate relevant past experience in delivering HRMS solutions. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online via the EPADS portal by 03:00 PM on 11 May 2026. Bidders are required to attach a scanned copy of the bid security (valid for at least 6 months) to their financial envelope and submit original affidavits regarding their non-blacklisted status to the PSDF office in Gulberg II, Lahore."
