Description / Scope of Work
District Police Office, Murree invites sealed tenders for a framework contract covering the procurement of twenty-four categories of items and services for the financial year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. The scope includes office stationery, printing materials, computer stationery, electrical and sanitary items, cleaning supplies, diet and meal services, road safety items, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, vehicle maintenance items including tyres, tubes, batteries and spare parts, vehicle repair and denting services, POL lubricants, beds and boxes, repair and renovation of police buildings, uniforms and protective clothing, and hot and cold weather charges. The total estimated procurement value spans from 1 million to 9 million Pakistani Rupees across various heads, with an aggregate estimated value of approximately 67 million Rupees for the twelve-month contract period ending 30 June 2027.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue on the active tax payer's list, possess a valid CNIC, maintain good reputation in their field, and preferably have been in business for at least five years. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must submit evidence of relevant experience supported by documentary proof satisfactory to the procuring agency. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each procurement head must be submitted through the online PSID generated in EP.PUNJAB.GOV.PK in favour of the District Police Officer, Murree. All bids must be in English or Urdu, include written consent, price quotations inclusive of all taxes, and supporting documents demonstrating experience in the relevant field.
Bidding documents are available at the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the E-Procurement software portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/). Interested firms and contractors must upload their bids through the EP Procurement Portal Punjab software by 25 September 2026 before 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and participating firm representatives, while financial bids are scheduled to open on 30 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. The bidding process follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope open competitive procedure specified in PPRA Rules 2014.
