Description / Scope of Work
The Marines Field Engineering Company (MFEC), Pakistan Navy, invites pre-qualification applications from eligible contractors and firms for three separate construction works in the creeks area of Sujawal, Sindh. The scope includes construction of watch towers at Iftikhar and HDLD Post, raising and filling of ground in vicinity of OPS Room and Wardroom at LSS S-15 and Gauge Mori Jati Area, and construction of a 25mm gun base at S-24, Liaquat Post Area. Pre-qualification applications must be submitted to the Accepting Officer OIC MFEC between 10 and 24 September 2026, with tender documents to be issued only to pre-qualified contractors. The works are located in the creek regions of District Sujawal in Sindh province.
Eligibility is restricted to contractors and firms that are security-wise cleared and registered with Government Organizations. Applicants must possess valid registration certificates from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), General Sales Tax (GST) registration, National Tax Number (NTN) certificate, and registration certificate with the Revenue Board of Provincial Government. All applications must be complete with no missing data; incomplete submissions will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications, bids or proposals in accordance with existing PPRA Rules.
