Description / Scope of Work
PRIMACO, on behalf of the Employees' Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) under the Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids for repair and renovation works of Guest Room No. 04 at EOBI Guest House located in Gizri, Defence Housing Authority, Karachi. This is a single-stage, one-envelope national competitive bidding process conducted through the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's EPADS platform. The project is planned during the financial year 2025-26, with reserved funds allocated for eligible contract payments. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via PPRA EPADS V2.00 by 24 September 2026 at 1100 hours, with bids opening the same day at 1130 hours.
