For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a framework prequalification for vehicle maintenance workshops serving NHMP M-4 Sector-I operations—a recurring multi-year engagement (36 months) with call-off structure.
Scale appears medium to large given national highway police fleet scope. Key distinction: this is prequalification only; actual pricing and volume commitment come later. Applicants must prove track record with similar government vehicle fleets and demonstrate financial health. Tight timeline from prequalification (closed Sept 29, 2026) to contract award (Nov 2, 2026) suggests established operators are targeted.
Who can bid: National applicants only. Document requirements include past completed contracts, non-performance history, and litigation records (if any). Typically required: valid business registration (SECP/NADRA), active NTN, PEC registration or relevant trade body membership for automotive repair, proof of technical staff and equipment capability. No specific disqualifications stated but litigation history and contract defaults will be evaluated.
