Description / Scope of Work
The Information & Culture Department, Government of the Punjab, invites e-tenders for the purchase of stationery items, computer stationery items, and printing materials under a framework contract arrangement. The total estimated cost is Rs 75,00,000, comprising three separate lots: stationery items valued at Rs 25,00,000, computer stationery items at Rs 20,00,000, and printing items at Rs 30,00,000. Bidders must be registered with valid NTN number and registered with the Sales Tax Department. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated amount is required: Rs 125,000 for lot 1, Rs 100,000 for lot 2, and Rs 150,000 for lot 3, submitted as Call Deposit in favor of the Deputy Secretary (P&C). Bidders must also provide Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Professional Tax Registration Certificate from Excise and Taxation Department, and CNIC copy. Bids must remain valid for 60 days after opening. All bidders are required to submit samples and signed colored copies of samples along with tender documents for each lot. The successful bidder must furnish performance security at 10 percent of contract amount within the specified period.
