Description / Scope of Work
The Social Welfare and Bait Ul Maal Department, Government of Punjab, Multan Division is inviting electronic bids from eligible firms for the provision of comprehensive venue and catering services for collective marriage ceremonies across Multan Division, covering the districts of Multan, Vehari, Khanewal, and Lodhran. This framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 targets the arrangement of 5,000 marriages district-wise, with an estimated gathering of 1,200 guests per event. The scope of services includes provision of venue or hall with adequate seating and decoration, sofas and stage setup for couples, catering and local food arrangements either cooked on-site or locally procured, ambient lighting, sound system and display arrangement, guest management and security coordination, and weather proofing as required.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms with relevant experience in event management, catering, and venue provision.
