Description / Scope of Work
The Human Rights and Minorities Affairs Department, Government of Punjab, is inviting sealed electronic bids for the procurement and hiring of an event management firm to support the Ambassador Program 2026-27. The estimated bid amount is PKR 13,000,000 (thirteen million), with a bid security requirement of PKR 260,000 (two percent of the estimated price). The procurement follows the two-envelope single-stage bidding procedure as outlined in the PPRA Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with PPRA and hold relevant registration with departmental authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and other statutory bodies as applicable. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated price in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. Bid validity will remain in effect for 120 days following submission.
Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS before 22.09.2026 at 11:00 AM as per PPRA Rules. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders seeking clarification may contact the Section Officer (Administration), HR&MA Department, at House No. 24 C-II, Gulberg-III, near Hussain Chowk, Lahore, between 09:00 AM and 5:00 PM until 21.09.2026. The PPRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the bidding process at its discretion. The response time is calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.
