The Govt. Special Education Institute for Slow Learners Jhang invites electronic bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended). The estimated cost of the procurement is PKR 15,00,000 (1.5 Million), with the contract to be executed in Jhang, Punjab. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Portal by September 25, 2026 at 09:30 am, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 10:00 am. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees, inclusive of all applicable taxes. E-bid validity is six months from the publication of the bid evaluation report. Unsuccessful bidders' bid security will be returned within the prescribed period or along with their unopened financial proposals.
