This is a modest-value procurement of school uniforms and shoes for approximately 243 special needs students, valued at PKR 1.2 million.
The bidder must be tax-registered (FBR/NTN) and capable of supplying varied sizes across boys' and girls' categories within a single delivery cycle. The procurement is small-scale, one-off for FY 2026-27, and follows standard single-envelope rules. Key consideration: delivery must accommodate multiple size specifications; no pre-bid meeting is advertised, suggesting straightforward specifications.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Typically, firms supplying uniforms to government institutions are also expected to hold SECP registration or a valid business certificate. The notice does not restrict bidders by size or experience, but suppliers should have capacity to deliver varied apparel sizes and meet quality standards for special education students.
