The Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is seeking proposals for the hiring of a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Solarization of Houses Initiative, Phase-1 (50% Subsidized). This is a critical consultancy role supporting the province's renewable energy agenda to promote domestic solar energy adoption through a subsidized scheme. The project aims to accelerate the transition to clean energy in residential households across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with the PMC responsible for overseeing project implementation, coordination, quality assurance, and liaison between stakeholders. The position is based in Peshawar at the PEDO Head Office, Phase-V, Hayatabad.
Consultants must demonstrate substantial experience in project management, renewable energy sector expertise, and proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure or development initiatives in Pakistan. Bidders should possess relevant professional certifications, strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities, and familiarity with government procurement and compliance frameworks.
