Garrison Engineer (Army) MH Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for two works under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 in Punjab. The first work involves replacement of burnt HT cable and D-Link set near Ayub Auditorium and faulty TWs girls hostel at AM College Rawalpindi, valued at Rs 2.762 million. The second work comprises repair, maintenance, renovation and upgradation of buildings and facilities at PEMH, AFIC-NIHD, AFIO, AFIRI, AFIMH, AFIT and AM College, with an estimated cost of Rs 3.999 million. Both projects fall under Military Engineer Services (MES) scope. Tender documents will only be issued to scrutinized contractors with relevant field experience and requisite qualifications meeting special conditions for the work and area.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and appear on the approved MES contractors list in categories A, B, C, D or E. Contractors shall provide a certificate confirming no pending litigation with any government department in court of law and no adverse special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Unregistered firms with PEC are ineligible to apply. Bid security and other tender requirements must comply with PPRA provisions.
Tender applications must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 25 September 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 1200 hours on the same date. Interested contractors may contact GE (A) MH Rawalpindi for further details during working hours 0800 to 1500. Pre-receipt bills supported by tear sheets must be submitted to GE (A) MH Rawalpindi. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA Rule 33(i).
