Description / Scope of Work
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Headquarters Office Lahore, invites pre-qualification applications from vendors and firms for provision of repair and maintenance services of air conditioning units with parts at RHO NADRA Lahore and its offices in Punjab. This procurement is undertaken through framework agreements on a cost-based selection methodology under national competitive bidding, with the reference number NADRA-RHO LHR-IFP/2026/R&M-ACs. The scope encompasses comprehensive AC repair and maintenance services including supply of necessary parts for all NADRA facilities in the Lahore region.
Applicants must meet prequalification criteria as detailed in Section III of the tender document, demonstrating technical capacity, financial stability, and relevant experience in air conditioning maintenance services. Eligible bidders must comply with registration requirements under Pakistan's regulatory framework and provide necessary documentary evidence of capability. Bid security and other compliance requirements will be specified in the Prequalification Data Sheet (Section II).
