Description / Scope of Work
The Higher Education Commission (HEC), a federal authority in Islamabad, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the repair and maintenance of split air conditioning units and other electronic equipment at HEC premises in Islamabad for the period 2026–2027. This is a re-tender following an earlier procurement cycle. The work covers maintenance and repair services across HEC's H-9 and H-8 facilities located in Islamabad, Federal Province. Prospective bidders must submit e-bids through the EPADS v2.0 portal on or before 11:30 AM on Tuesday, 29 September 2026. Original earnest money and filled bid documents must also be physically submitted in a sealed envelope at the specified submission address. Bid opening will occur at 12:00 PM on the same date at the Auditorium Block, HEC, H-9, Islamabad. Unregistered vendors may self-register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. If a public holiday falls on the submission or opening date, proceedings will be conducted on the next working day.
