Description / Scope of Work
The Naval Special Operations Training Center at Bin Qasim, Karachi, Sindh invites sealed quotations from reputed GST, SST and income tax registered firms for the provision of conservancy (housekeeping and sanitation) services at the training facility. This is a service contract to be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder. Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Commandant NSOTC and must reach the unit by 1100 AM on 28 July 2026. Sealed quotations will be opened on the same day at 1300 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The contract location is Bin Qasim, Karachi.
Eligibility requirements include current GST registration, SST registration, and income tax registration. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Navy as preferred suppliers. Firms are required to submit copies of GST registration certificates and NTN certificates along with their application for tender documents. The successful bid winner must deposit 5% of the total contract amount as a refundable security deposit in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee within the stipulated timeframe.
Tender documents are available from the unit upon submission of firm's support office GST registration and NTN certificate copies at a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 15,000 for suppliers registered with PN. Prospective bidders should address all quotations to the Commandant NSOTC and submit sealed envelopes by the closing date and time.
