For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Supervision consultancy is sought for an RCC bridge construction project in Dir Upper district as part of the provincial ADP—a standard civil works oversight engagement.
The contract appears modest in scope (supervision rather than execution), likely 12–24 months. Only firms pre-qualified with PEC or C&W Roads Sector may bid, significantly narrowing the competitor field. The tight timeline (RFP closing in days) and mandatory pre-bid meeting suggest the client intends prompt procurement. This is a one-off project-tied engagement rather than a framework.
Who can bid: Only consultants pre-qualified and short-listed with P.E.C or C&W Department (Roads Sector) are eligible. Bidders must be registered with FBR/KPRA. Typically, engineering consultancy firms in Pakistan require valid PEC membership, NTN, and SRO 1042(I) sales tax registration.
