Description / Scope of Work
The Office of Tehsil Municipal Administration Gumbat invites sealed tenders based on MRS-2025 for eleven works packages under CSR funds provided by OGDCL and MOL, along with one revision of sub-scheme under Pakistan and Bonus Fund. The scope comprises construction of PCC streets, drains and culverts at multiple locations including Siab, Tehsil Gumbat, Gandyali, Ghuruzai and Village Tolanj; installation of pressure pumps with solarization and mini water tank at Tehsil Gumbat; solarization of GGDC Billilang; purchase of missing facilities at GGDC Billilang; sports activities and provision of sports kits; and strengthening of government building in District Kohat. Total estimated cost across all schemes ranges from Rs. 1.50 million to Rs. 30.00 million, with combined project value exceeding Rs. 112 million. Works are located throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority as per KPPRA Rules Clause 37(A) and enlisted with Local Council Board and KPPRA in the relevant category for fiscal year 2026-27. For solarization works, mandatory specialization codes EE11 (general electrical works, ME06, ME07, mechanical miscellaneous) and valid registration with Electrical Inspectorate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, SECP as PVT Limited Company, and PPIB are required. For building works, specialization code BC04 (general buildings and maintenance), ME03 (lifts and escalators), EE02 (security and safety surveillance), CE11 (general building works) and EE09 (IT/Software engineering) apply. Bid security deposit at 2 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) form only; bank guarantees are not acceptable. Sealed bids must be submitted in single envelopes within due time and date with requisite mandatory documents including original CDR, bid security, BOQ duly signed, BSD, LCB enlishment, active NTN/Income Tax Certificate, valid PEC License and active KPPRA registration submitted electronically via E-PAD System. Last date and time for tender submission and opening is 01/10/2026 at 12:00 P.M and 12:30 P.M respectively. Work orders will be issued upon availability of funds.
