Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration, Banda Daud Shah, Karak District, is inviting sealed electronic tenders for six infrastructure development schemes under the Karak Area Development Project (KADP fund) for the financial year 2025-26. The works comprise solarization of a mosque/madrasah facility, installation and solarization of pressure pumps at multiple locations in PK-97 on a need basis across three separate packages, and construction of streets at various union councils in PK-97 Karak. The total estimated project value ranges from 5 million to 20 million PKR per scheme, representing a combined investment of approximately 75 million PKR for infrastructure and water supply improvement in the district.
Eligible bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licensing at C-6 grade or above for the financial year 2026-27, valid registration or enlistment with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar, Provincial Government Works Department certification, active taxpayer status verified on the Federal Board of Revenue list, KPRA registration for 2026-27, and a certified copy of CNIC. Bid security is required at 2 percent of the estimated cost, payable as a CDR in favor of the Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMO), TMA Banda Daud Shah. Conditional or non-compliant bids will be rejected.
Bidding documents are available on EPADs portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk and PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk for registered contractors. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADs by 12:00 hours on 05 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:30 hours the same day at the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah. Bidders must submit both electronic and physical copies of tender documents, including signed bid forms, bill of quantities, certificates, and bank security instruments. Contractors bidding below the engineer's estimate may qualify for bid security relief under specified conditions, provided they include detailed rate analysis. The Authority reserves the right to reject any proposal prior to acceptance in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004, Clause 33.
