LG&CD Civil Division Gujarat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms for construction of streets and drains across multiple villages in District Gujarat, Punjab. This e-tendering notice covers 44 development schemes with a combined estimated cost of approximately PKR 310 million for the financial year 2026-27. The individual project costs range from PKR 2.5 million to PKR 10 million, distributed across villages including Bawali Kalan, Dhal Tibba Tarwan, Khanpur Gujran, Kakarol, Thoon, Kharka, Khadriyala, Sardhoke, and numerous other settlements in District Gujarat. Bidders must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the relevant category and must fulfill all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
Eligible contractors and firms must hold valid PEC registration in the appropriate category for construction works. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) or online payment via the Punjab e-Procurement System only; physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted. Upon acceptance of the bid, successful bidders shall furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760 in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All bidders must submit complete financial bids with unit rates, item-wise amounts, and grand totals in the BOQ format; percentage-based bids, blank entries, overwriting, or incomplete financial bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
Bidding documents containing detailed instructions, eligibility criteria, specifications, and conditions of contract may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login) and the PPRA Punjab website. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only on or before 26-09-2026 at 12:30 PM; bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 01:00 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Gujarat in the presence of the tender opening committee. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening unless otherwise specified. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules; the Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time before acceptance.
