LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms for the construction of streets and drains in villages Umarpur and Bhind Gran, Tehsil Kharian, District Gujrat, Punjab. The project is valued at 5.000 million rupees and will be executed during the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and fulfill all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted electronically on or before 26-09-2026 at 01:15 PM through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login, with opening scheduled for the same day at 01:45 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Gujrat in the presence of tender opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders must quote unit rates, item-wise amounts, and grand totals in the Bill of Quantities. Percentage-based bids, blank entries, overwriting, or incomplete financial bids shall be rejected. Bidders must comply with the requirement to submit item rate analysis if bidding more than 30 percent below standard rates, with failure to provide analysis resulting in tender cancellation and earnest money forfeiture.
