For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a straightforward uniform and shoes supply contract for a government special education institution, valued at PKR 1.5 million for approximately 432 students.
The scope is clearly defined with specific quantities (291 boys' and 141 girls' uniforms plus 288 pairs of shoes). The two-month timeline from publication to closing (September 2026) is standard. Bidders must be FBR-registered; this is a one-off annual procurement, not a framework. Competition may be moderate given the modest contract size and specialized nature (special education apparel may require customization or sensitivity in sizing/fit).
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Typically, suppliers of garments and footwear must hold a valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration. The notice does not specify a PEC category, company size, or turnover threshold, suggesting the threshold is low and small-to-medium enterprises may participate.
