Municipal Committee Narowal invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms for the reconstruction of Narowal Public School Road in Narowal, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 171.185 million, to be executed through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended). The work is offered on a single-stage, two-envelope bidding basis, with bids to be submitted digitally through the official portal only. All prevailing Government of Punjab laws and the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended shall apply to this procurement.

Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 30 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening electronically on the same day at 2:30 PM at the Municipal Committee Narowal office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be considered; submissions via email, courier, post, or hand delivery are not accepted.
