Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Bahawalpur Zone is procuring janitorial and cleaning services for its zonal office located in Bahawalpur, Punjab. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. This is a non-consultancy service contract governed by Public Procurement Rules 2004. The office is situated at 2nd floor Barq Poly Clinic Building, Ahmedpur Road, Bahawalpur City. The procurement reference number is P115405 and follows all applicable procurement regulations and authority instructions issued from time to time.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit all bids through the electronic platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the bidding document or through a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format.
