Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Model Postgraduate College of Commerce, H-8/4, Islamabad invites pre-qualification proposals from auto workshops, firms and vendors for repair, maintenance work and supply of tyres and batteries for official college vehicles during financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through the ePak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Services required include general mechanical repair and maintenance, electrical work, engine overhauling, brake and transmission services, body work including denting and painting, AC repair, tyre puncture repair, battery and tyre supply, and miscellaneous vehicle maintenance. The college operates two Hino buses requiring comprehensive annual servicing.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Firms must have their own established auto workshops with stock, manpower and technical expertise in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. Minimum three years relevant experience in the field is required, along with General Sales Tax registration, NTN certification, and proof of not being blacklisted by any government agency. Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 40,000 as bid security and a tender document fee of Rs. 2,000 in cash. The successful bidder will furnish an additional security deposit of Rs. 50,000, refundable upon contract expiry.
Bid documents are available from the Principal's office or downloaded from the PPRA EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and an original sealed hard copy with earnest money must reach the Chairman Purchase Committee, IMPCC H-8/4 Islamabad on or before 28 September 2026 at 12.00 PM.
