Description / Scope of Work
CPGCL Genco-II Thermal Power Station at Guddu in Larkana Division, Sindh Province, is inviting sealed electronic bids for the procurement of printing and stationary items under its FY 2026-27 budget allocation. The procurement is referenced as P118141 and will be conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique, ensuring transparent and competitive bidding in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. All interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by either bid security in the amount specified in the bidding documents or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format.
