Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) invites prequalification applications from national service providers for establishment of a Closed Framework Agreement covering installation of parts, repair and maintenance of air conditioning systems. This is a non-consulting services procurement funded through ADP, with the framework agreement to be executed for 12 months commencing October 1, 2026. The framework will operate on an on-demand basis through subsequent call-off contracts issued to successful bidders during the agreement period, ensuring responsive maintenance and repair services for PIDE's air conditioning infrastructure at its Quaid-i-Azam University Campus location in Islamabad, Federal Territory.
The prequalification process is open to all National Applicants meeting the eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the prequalification documents. Interested service providers must demonstrate relevant past experience, financial capacity, and technical capability to deliver air conditioning repair and maintenance services. Applicants are required to submit documentation evidencing completed contracts, current project progress, financial statements for net worth evaluation, average annual turnover, and disclosure of any historical contract non-performance or pending litigation. Prequalification documents are accessible through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) portal.
