Garrison Medical Centre Petaro invites sealed bids from qualified firms for the daily local purchase supply of medicines, disposable items, laboratory kits and implants for the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers provision of LP medicines and related medical supplies on a daily basis to support the medical centre's operational requirements in Petaro, Sindh. Interested bidders must submit their maximum rebate or discount offers on the retail price of medicines as part of their proposals.
Eligible bidders must be SECP registered and preferably DGDP registered, with duly completed registration through the Ministry of Health Government of Pakistan. All participating firms must be registered with the income tax authority and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's sales tax payer list. Bid documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, are available at the GMC Petaro Medical Officer Incharge Medical Store office for a non-refundable fee of Rs 5,000.
Sealed tender bids must be submitted by 01 October 2026 at 0900 hours to the Medical Officer Incharge Medical Store at GMC Petaro. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1000 hours in the presence of bidder representatives. Bids must comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes marked clearly as Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal in bold, legible letters. The GMC Petaro reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules 33(1).
