Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids for the procurement of one unit of 5 ton overhead crane on a FOR basis. The tender is issued under reference IT-7708/26-27/GF/FOR-B/SCM Dte dated 01 September 2026 and is open to eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and suppliers possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The contract delivery period is two months after signing of contract, and procurement will be executed in accordance with PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Eligible bidders must possess a valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration certificate, and must not be blacklisted, suspended or debarred by any government organization. Bidders are required to submit audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for one year, attested CNIC of CEO/Director, and documentary evidence of contracts executed or works experience with government or semi-government organizations in the last three years. In the case of distributors or agents, a trade link certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) must be provided. A bid security in the form of a postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate.
