301 Central Base Spares Depot EME in Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for the procurement of brand-new spare parts for various vehicles and machinery, including MRAP, Toyota KUN 126, Isuzu NHR 55E, and Massey Ferguson (MF-240) and Fiat tractors. The scope of work includes the supply of high-quality components with rates inclusive of all government taxes (GST, Income Tax, and Custom Duty). For specialized equipment, the tender also covers installation, training, commissioning, and the provision of technical literature such as part catalogues and repair manuals. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and are required to provide quotations in Pak Rupees. Bidding follows the PPRA Rule 36 (Single Stage One Envelope) procedure. Interested suppliers must collect the detailed itemized list from the LP office at Golra Road, Rawalpindi, by providing a blank CD for the digital data. All bids must be signed, stamped, and submitted with a soft copy in Excel format."
