Description / Scope of Work
AGAHE, a national non-government organisation established in 2007, invites sealed tenders from legally registered and operational hotels and guest houses for the provision of accommodation services under a fixed rate framework agreement. The tender covers accommodation requirements for AGAHE staff, consultants, trainers and event participants travelling for project activities, trainings, workshops, meetings, monitoring visits and other official purposes across three cities: Lahore, Multan and Islamabad in Punjab. Services are required on a need basis to support AGAHE's ongoing and upcoming projects in its core thematic areas of Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Health & Nutrition, Sustainable Livelihood, Governance, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).
Bidders must be reputable, legally registered and currently operational hotels or guest houses. The procurement requires quotations for Executive Room categories in Single, Double and Triple occupancy configurations, each including Bed & Breakfast, plus charges for extra mattress or extra bed services. Bidders must clearly declare all complimentary facilities included in quoted rates, such as Wi-Fi, parking, airport/station pick-and-drop, laundry, gym/pool access, early check-in or late check-out, and meeting room use. Bids that fail to quote all required room categories or omit declaration of complimentary facilities will be declared non-responsive.
Bid documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes by courier or in person to the AGAHE Procurement Department at House No 2-A, Opposite K Block Johar Town, near Javed Medical Center, Shan Bhatti Chock, Lahore, or via email to procurement@agahe.org.pk. The deadline for submission is 2 October 2026. The resulting framework agreement will establish fixed rates for the rate-lock period with specified extension terms, as detailed in Section 13 of the complete tender document.
