Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) in Mandanr, Buner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed e-bids for the fabrication and supply of specialized solid waste management machinery. The scope of work includes the fabrication of two Tractor Trolleys with a 5-ton capacity and one Mini Tipper unit to be mounted on a pick-up truck, with the chassis provided by the TMA. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the waste collection and disposal capabilities of the municipality under the provincial development funds. Well-reputed manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers with valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration are eligible to apply, provided they maintain 3S facilities (Sale, Service, and Spare parts) within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS portal no later than 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026."
