Description / Scope of Work
The Buildings Division Taunsa invites electronic tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for the construction of three police posts, police stations and police pickets in Kacha areas at Dera Ghazi Khan, specifically at Marah, Wajjan and Bukhara, under ADP No. 3066 for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated project cost is Rs. 47,47,83,000 with a completion period of 24 months. This is a significant infrastructure development project for law enforcement facilities in remote Kacha regions of Dera Ghazi Khan District, Punjab.
Intending contractors and engineering firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes valid for financial year 2026-27 and simultaneously registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. A valid PEC license photocopy must be submitted to the office. Bid security of 5 percent of the contract amount (Rs. 2,37,40,000) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only; no physical financial instruments or Call Deposit Receipts will be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit a Performance Guarantee of up to 10 percent of the contract amount within 15 days of receiving the offer letter in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee valid for three months beyond the completion date.
Tenders must be submitted online on an item-rate basis against each Bill of Quantities item up to 30 September 2026 before 01:00 PM through the Punjab e-Procurement System at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents are available on the website for registered bidders. Bids will be opened on the same date at 01:30 PM in the presence of participating firms and the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Commissioner, Dera Ghazi Khan Division. All financial bids must include quoted item rates and total amounts for each item plus grand totals; incomplete bids without these details will not be considered for financial evaluation.
