Description / Scope of Work
Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Sargodha invites electronic bids for the construction of an office building for the Deputy Director (East) division. This is a construction project valued at Rs. 9,574,100 to be executed in Sargodha, Punjab. The project scope involves designing and constructing a dedicated office facility to support administrative operations of the eastern division. Bids are being solicited through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) in accordance with provincial procurement regulations.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Professional Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C6 and above with the relevant construction engineering code CE–10, be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Provincial Revenue Authority with valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Provincial Tax Number (PNTN). All prospective contractors must be registered on the e-P portal. A bid security of Rs. 478,705 (representing 5% of the estimated cost) is required, which may be submitted via 1Link or bank guarantee from any scheduled Pakistani bank. The bid security must be transmitted to the Bank of Pakistan via SWIFT on MT 760 in favor of the Deputy Director.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the e-P website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the Authority's website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be uploaded as PDF files on the e-P portal by 29th September 2026 at 02:00 PM. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 02:30 PM at the Deputy Director (East) WASA Office, opposite Company Bagh, Sargodha. Bids remain valid for 120 days. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and all bid amounts must be stated in both figures and words.
