Four infrastructure contracts for police stations and health clinics in rural Kacha areas, Rahim Yar Khan.
Total estimated value exceeds Rs 246 million across two 18-month and two 12-month projects. All contracts are one-off development schemes; notably, bid opening is scheduled for 30 September 2028 (not 2026 as the FY label might suggest), giving substantial lead time. Bidders must secure PPRA registration and PEC licensing before participation—mandatory e-Procurement System enrollment represents a procedural hurdle. Performance guarantees and strict bid security rules apply.
Who can bid: Contractors and firms must hold current PEC licensing for FY 2026-27 in relevant category and be registered with PPRA. Electronic PSID generation and e-Procurement System registration are mandatory before bid submission. Bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost must be deposited electronically; physical receipts are not accepted. Typically, construction contracts of this scale also require NTN and SECP registration.
