HQ Commander Jinnah Naval Base, Ormara intends to procure Conservancy Services on an as and when required basis for its area of responsibility during the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender is open to well-reputed, experienced, financially sound and eligible firms or contractors duly registered with GST and relevant tax authorities. The services cover a broad scope of conservancy and maintenance work including bushes and shrubs cutting and removal, trimming and pruning of overgrown tree branches with removal, cleaning of open areas pathways and road side areas, wild grass cutting and removal of weeds, and vehicle support with fuel and driver labour for removal and disposal of garbage from the premises of Jinnah Naval Base in Ormara, Balochistan.
Interested firms and contractors must be registered with GST and relevant tax authorities as per procurement regulations. Bidders are required to obtain the tender document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 from the SO Log Staff Office at HQ Commander JNB Ormara or the Coastal Liaison Office at PNS Iqbal, PN Dockyard Karachi within fifteen days of publication during working hours from 0900 to 1400 hours.
All sealed quotations will be opened on 30 September 2026 at 1100 hours in the presence of representatives of bidding firms.
