Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision and supply of security and surveillance equipment with accessories. This single-stage, one-envelope tender is issued under reference ME/03/26-27 and is open to entities registered with relevant tax authorities in Sindh province. The tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA ePADS portal, with tender documents downloadable from September 14, 2026.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities. Bid security of PKR 150,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft payable to IBA Karachi is mandatory. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) and must be paid via a challan generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bidders must submit their bids (comprising tender documents with a copy of bid security and supporting documents) through the SPPRA ePADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/, and the original bid security with the original signed and stamped bid must be physically delivered to IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before bid opening.
Tender documents may be obtained online from September 14, 2026 starting at 09:00 AM until October 02, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between September 14 and October 02, 2026 from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM via both ePADS and physical delivery. Tender opening is scheduled for October 02, 2026 at 03:30 PM at the IBA premises.
