Ayub Medical & Teaching Institute Abbottabad, located on Mansehra Road in Abbottabad, KPK, invites sealed bids from eligible firms and bidders in accordance with KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Six distinct procurement packages are advertised: hiring of a media consultancy firm; supply and installation of networking items; leftover items of lab chemical general supplies; leftover items of lab chemical reagents on a rental basis; Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal specialized items including general medicines, disposables and specialized oncology drugs; and distempering and painting services across different wards. All tenders follow single-stage two-envelope bidding procedures except the painting tender, which uses single-envelope procedure. Bid security requirements range from PKR 200,000 to PKR 500,000 as a cash deposit receipt, with the painting contract requiring two percent of the bid amount. Final submission deadline is 01 October 2026 at 10:30 hours, with tender opening on the same day at 11:00 hours.
Eligible bidders must register on the KP-EPADS platform (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and submit bids exclusively through that system; submissions without EPADS registration shall be rejected outright. Bidders are required to submit scanned copies of all bid documents through EPADS and original hardcopy bid security in sealed envelopes along with original tender fee receipt of PKR 1,500 (non-refundable) or bank draft, plus original stamp paper duly attested by an oath commissioner or notary public, all marked with the tender name and submitted physically before closing time. Failure to submit the physical security envelope leads to automatic disqualification. Pre-bid meetings for tenders 1 and 2 will be held on 17 September 2026 at 10:00 hours, and for remaining tenders on 22 September 2026 at 10:00 hours in the Hospital Director's conference room.
