Description / Scope of Work
Sindh Economic Zones & Management Company (SEZMC), Government of Sindh, invites applications from reputed consulting firms registered as architects and or structural engineers with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP) to vet and approve building plans, architectural, structural and mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) drawings for industrial buildings proposed at Khairpur Special Economic Zone. Applicants must be registered with relevant income tax and sales tax departments and be on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The scope encompasses evaluation and approval of technical documentation for multiple industrial construction projects within the special economic zone located in Khairpur, Sindh province. Eligible firms may download the Expression of Interest (EOI) document free of cost from the SEZMC website (www.sezmc.gos.pk), KSCZ portal (www.kscz.com.pk), or the Sindh portal (portalsindh.gpcorp.gov.pk). Interested firms must be registered with E-PAK ACQUISITION & DISPOSAL SYSTEM (EPADS) and must submit their proposals online through the EPADS portal. The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 29 September 2026, with applications opening at 12:00 noon on the same date. SEZMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications subject to the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) rules 2010.
