Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, 7th Buildings Division, Lahore invites item-rate tenders for special repair works to Quarter No. U-21 located in Wahdat Colony, Lahore. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 1,000,000 with a completion period of 15 days. This tender is open to contractors and firms duly enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the relevant category. The work involves structural and maintenance repairs to residential quarters in the Lahore area.
Eligible bidders must be PEC-registered contractors in the appropriate category for the current financial year. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or cashier's cheque from any scheduled bank. The bid security instrument must be received at the office of the Executive Engineer, 7th Buildings Division, Lahore before the e-bid submission deadline. Conditional tenders and tenders without earnest money will be rejected outright.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. E-bid submission closes on 30.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a separately sealed envelope marked with the bidding document number and title before the e-bid submission deadline. Bidders are strongly advised to upload bids well before the deadline.
