The Communication & Works Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the construction of a Ladies Bar Room within the Judicial Complex Punjab at the Session Court, Lahore. This infrastructure project has an estimated cost of Rs. 6.033 million and must be completed within a 6-month time limit following the approved DNIT specifications. Bidders must be enlisted with the PEC in Category CE & above with specialized code CE10 and are required to submit a 5% earnest money deposit of Rs. 0.302 million. Participation is strictly through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), and manual bids will not be accepted. Interested PEC-registered contractors should submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal by the closing date of 13 May 2025."
