Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the procurement of conductivity meters, air compressors and water pumps for PSO Aviation Stations across multiple locations in Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces. The tender encompasses supply of three digital conductivity meters (for New Islamabad Airport, Peshawar and Karachi aviation stations), each featuring rugged cast aluminium housing, large digital displays, ranges from 0 to 1999 pS/m, self-check calibration, detachable stainless-steel probes, intrinsically safe certification for Zone 1 hazardous areas and solvent resistant carry cases. Additionally, the procurement includes one air compressor unit (1600 rpm, 7.14 kW, 15.7 L/min flow rate, 10 bar maximum pressure), one hydraulic operated water pump (HPW200/30-45-ST type, 40 l/min oil flow, 210 bar oil and water pressure, 30 L/min water flow rate) and one 5 HP air compressor unit (175 PSI pressure, 616 L/min flow rate, 200 litre tank capacity) for New Islamabad International Airport aviation facilities. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all government taxes and transportation charges to designated PSO Aviation Stations. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required. Vendors must supply items within 120 days of purchase order issuance. All supplied items must be genuine, in original OEM packaging with complete manufacturing documents, technical literature and applicable test certificates. Acceptance is subject to inspection by Station In-charge or authorized representative. A 12-month warranty from delivery date at PSO Aviation Station is mandatory. Late delivery penalties of 0.1% per day (maximum 10% deduction) apply.
Quotations are required by 29 September 2026 at 2:15 PM. Interested vendors should obtain complete bid documents and submit quotations with specified unit prices and amounts. Payment will be made after items are accepted following inspection at the designated aviation station facilities. Suppliers must be capable of delivering specialized aviation equipment meeting hazardous area certifications and maintaining strict quality standards for fuel handling infrastructure across PSO's nationwide aviation network.
