Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for maintenance and inspection of firefighting equipment at its head office, allied company offices hired for head office departments including Shaheen Complex, LDA Plaza, and Pascco Plaza in Lahore, as well as at the Executive Transit Mess at Cavalry Ground Lahore. The contract period is three years, with commencement from the actual date of site handover. The scope encompasses complete civil construction works related to firefighting equipment maintenance and inspection as per specifications and drawings provided in the tender documents. This recurring maintenance contract serves multiple locations across Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in a relevant category and possess at least one work order for similar nature of work executed previously. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 220,000 in hard form must accompany the technical bid, along with signed and stamped tender documents. A performance bond equal to ten percent of the contract amount, issued by SNGPL's approved insurance company, is required within fifteen days of work order issuance. The bid follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule No. 36(b), with technical and financial proposals submitted separately.
