Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Balochistan invites tenders for four construction schemes financed under Composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage basis. The works comprise construction of a retaining wall along Baleli Roraa adjacent to Tor Nasir Area in District Quetta with estimated cost Rs 125,689,179; construction of a flood protection wall along the Madina Scheme Sraghrighi at District Quetta valued at Rs 50,000,000; climate resilient upgradation of damaged water resources infrastructure in District Quetta costing Rs 290,000,000; and construction of a stone masonry drain at Chashua Achozai Quetta valued at Rs 177,732,621. All procurements follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 Amended to date. The bid submission deadline is 28 September 2026 at 09:00 AM with tender opening at 10:00 AM on the same date.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as detailed in the respective bidding documents. Bid security for all works is fixed at 3 percent of the estimated cost. Tender fees amount to Rs 1,000 per work. The bidding procedure employed is Single Stage Two Envelope format applicable to all projects. Bidders must possess relevant registration and licenses as specified in individual bid documents.
