Punjab Vocational Training Council invites technical and financial proposals under a single-stage two-envelope procedure for deployment of three security guards at Vocational Training Institute Attock for an initial period of up to one year, further extendable on satisfactory performance. The contract scope includes provision of security personnel services valued at PKR 1,485,000 for nine months, with potential extension up to three years subject to budget availability and performance review. The institute is located in Attock, Punjab, adjacent to Al-Khidmat Center near Hira Model School in Darul Islam Colony.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed security services providers registered with Tax authorities (Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authorities), registered with SECP (Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan), holding a valid license from the Home Department with no objection certificate from Ministry of Interior, registered with EOBI and Social Securities, and possessing life insurance policies for their security guards. Firms must have a minimum of three years relevant experience in security services and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. A fixed bid security of PKR 59,400 (4% of estimated cost) is required. Offered rates must not fall below the minimum government of Punjab salary per security guard per month.
