Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department, Punjab Building Department (Central Zone) invites item rate tenders for ten separate lots involving addition, alteration, improvement and special repair works on residential properties in Lahore, including Poonch House Staff Colony, Garden Estimate Estate, GOR-II and GOR-III (Shadman). The main works include supply of materials for public health systems, electrical installations, and structural alterations to residences numbered B-16 and C-37, with estimated costs ranging from PKR 13.46 lakh to PKR 50 lakh. The tender is issued from the 8th Building Division, PWD Compound, Mecleod Road Lahore, with all work to be completed within 30 days of award.
Tenderers must be contractors or firms enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the current financial year in the relevant category. Earnest money at 5 percent of the estimated DNIT cost for each lot must be submitted as a 1-link or online bank transfer generated through Punjab E-Procurement system website. Conditional tenders and those without earnest money shall be rejected outright. All bidders are required to submit complete e-bids online on the Punjab E-Procurement system portal before the specified deadline.

Bids must be submitted online before 01 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders are strongly advised to upload bids well before the deadline.
