District Council Rahim Yar Khan invites bids for the re-quotation supply of gun cartridges for the disposal of stray dogs during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System via single-stage single-envelope procedures. This is a specialized supplies contract required for animal control operations in Rahim Yar Khan district, Punjab. Bidders must be firms or companies actively engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including the Pakistan Engineering Council, Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, and Punjab Sales Tax Authority. Eligible bidders are required to submit a Bid Security equivalent to the estimated contract price in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order made payable to District Council Rahim Yar Khan. All bids must be submitted online before the deadline of 29 September 2026 at 01:00 PM, with electronic bid opening scheduled for the same day at 01:30 PM. Original Bid Security instruments must be physically submitted in a clearly marked envelope to the Procurement Office at Town Hall Office District Council Rahim Yar Khan before the submission deadline.
