Description / Scope of Work
The Office of AGE (Air) Lower Topa invites sealed tenders for provision of certain facilities at PAF installations in Punjab under Military Engineer Service Notice of Tender 6000-PPRA/1/E-6 dated 9 September 2026. The scope encompasses five categories of maintenance and repair works including B&R artificer works at PAF Base Lower Topa and PAF College Lower Topa, repair of wooden and steel furniture and upholstery at PAF College Lower Topa, and internal/external electrical supply services for both PAF Base Lower Topa and PAF College Lower Topa. The total tender value is Rs 15,000 and works are located at Lower Topa in Punjab province. Contractors are required to possess sufficient experience in the relevant field and area, with tender documents issued only to firms meeting the scrutinized contractor criteria established by the military engineer service.
All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide valid PEC registration certificates with their applications. Bidders must furnish proof that they are not involved in any litigation with government departments, courts or inspectorates, and that no special reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) are outstanding against them. Contractors borne on the approved list of Military Engineer Service in Category C or above are eligible to apply, having demonstrated prior experience in similar works. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004.
Tender documents must be submitted to the accepting office by 1130 hours on 25 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same day. The tender process follows standard PPRA procurement rules and requires bidders to present complete credentials as specified in tender documents to ensure only qualified contractors execute works at PAF installations.
