Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Commerce invites competitive bids for the procurement of janitorial services under reference P119092 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a non-consultancy services tender using single stage-one envelope procedure with least cost based selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract covers janitorial and cleaning services for the Ministry's facilities located in Islamabad Capital Territory, with scope, specifications and requirements detailed in the full bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid securing declaration on the prescribed format.
